Chef Ateeno “ELZ” Barnett is a multi-national cook that was born in Brooklyn, New York, was raised in Canada, and is of Jamaican Heritage. He took the informal, yet regimented training provided from his late Grandmother and refined it into his own unique gastronomy. His High Heat brand brings forth traditional Caribbean flavours, with some North American soul food flair.
